Cove Ridge Marina Campground
Our completely revovated campsite features gorgeous lakefront pads complete with gated security access and full utility access. Just a few pads remain. Please contact the Marina for details.
Watercraft Storage
Cove Ridge Marina has excellent facilities for storage of your boat, pontoon, houseboat or personal watercraft. Walkways to all of our boat slips are lighted. In addition, our covered slips and houseboat slips are equipped with water and electrical service. Houseboat slips also have phone service.
Open and Covered Slips
Cove Ridge features both open and covered slips. These slips are well-constructed and stable, ensuring easy access to your boat. Our slips are also in the water year-round, so if you enjoy winter fishing or we happen to have an unseasonably warm day, your boat is available.
Personal Watercraft Slips
Seeing the beauty of Watauga Lake on a personal watercraft is great fun. Keeping a slip at Cove Ridge provides you a convenient storage location as well as a “home base” so you can get back to land, stretch your legs, get some food and take a break on the grounds of the marina.
Secured Boat and Trailer Storage
Your boat and trailer are valuable assets. Our fenced storage area provides added security to protect these investments.
Dry Boat Storage
Dry storage provides the greatest protection for your boat when it’s not in use. Utilizing our on-site dry storage facility, you can get the best of both worlds. When you’re ready to use the boat, simply call ahead, and we’ll have it in the water and waiting when you arrive. When you’re finished, we’ll move the boat back to the dry storage facility.
Dry Personal Watercraft Storage
During the personal watercraft “off-season”, we can store your watercraft on-site in our dry storage facility. Providing added protection and security, this storage method will help you get the most out of your personal watercraft season after season.
Boat Shrink-wrap Services
If dry storage for winter is not an option for you, consider our boat shrink-wrap service. By completely wrapping the watercraft in heavy plastic, the boat’s interior is protected from the elements.
Boat Washing, Winterizing and De-Winterizing
Proper maintenance and care will extend the life of your boat. Cove Ridge Marina offers boat washing as well as an annual winterizing/de-winterizing program. Customers of this program get the peace of mind that a professional has winterized their boat, and in the spring, the de-winterizing program gets you back on the water knowing that proper maintenance has been performed.
Parking
Cove Ridge Marina has an expansive parking area for guest vehicles. This area, which is separate from the secured storage facility for boats and trailers, is gated to provide added security for your vehicle. In addition, it is flat for easy access to and from your vehicle as well as easy unloading of any items you may be taking to your boat.
Restrooms
For the use of our members, two restrooms and one shower facility are located on-site at Cove Ridge Marina.
Boating Supplies
Key supplies are available for purchase at the marina. We currently keep an inventory of fuel, batteries and oil. In addition, you can purchase Cove Ridge merchandise at the marina.
